Job summary

Shegerian & Associates, California’s premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, seeks an Onboarding Specialist to turn new clients into fully prepared files ready for litigation. You’ll guide clients, draft agreements, collect evidence, and manage deadlines while maintaining strict confidentiality.

You should be meticulous, deadline-driven, and able to communicate clearly with clients in writing and on the phone. This is an in-person role in California with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding and prepare matters for Case Management and attorney review

• Collect evidence, case information, and personnel files from the defendant
• Follow up on every outstanding document until the file is complete
• Track critical deadlines, including Tort Claims Act, Statute of Limitations, and Right to Sue
• Keep case files, trackers, and timelines organized and current

We’re California’s premier plaintiff side employment law firm, and we’re looking for someone who treats the details like they matter, because they do.

What You'll Do

• Guide new clients through onboarding and prepare matters for Case Management and attorney review
• Draft and send retainer agreements and answer client questions
• Collect evidence, case information, and personnel files from the defendant
• Follow up on every outstanding document until the file is complete
• Track critical deadlines, including Tort Claims Act (TCA), Statute of Limitations (SOL), and Right to Sue (RTS)
• Keep case files, trackers, and timelines organized and current

• 1+ year of legal intake, client services, or administrative experience (Preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Commitment to strict client confidentiality

• Hourly pay: $24-$25 BOE
