Job summary

Truist is seeking a driven Business Connect Specialist to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on onboarding clients, managing service requests, and ensuring compliance with KYC and related processes.

You will work closely with the Business Connect Squad, Advisors, and partner teams to deliver exceptional client service while maintaining processing times and accuracy. Opportunities for mentorship and cross-functional collaboration are available.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related financial services experience.
• Experience with treasury and/or credit operations.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills with clients and internal partners.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Align with Truist’s purpose and values in client interactions.
• Demonstrate clear, calm communication while addressing service needs.
• Manage intake of requests and leverage the solution process and partners.
• Maintain processing times and follow up to ensure positive client experience.
• Onboard clients, set up new products, and complete Know Your Customer and due diligence activities.
• Identify referral opportunities and support exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with Business Connect Advisors and other teams; mentor teammates as needed.
• Escalate concerns promptly and stay compliant with risk requirements.
