Job summary

Truist is seeking a service-focused professional to join the Business Connect team in Greensboro, NC. You will onboard new clients, manage requests, and coordinate with partners to ensure timely, accurate processing and a superior client experience.

Responsibilities include onboarding, compliance with KYC requirements, referrals, and mentoring teammates while embracing digital solutions. Regular shift; on-site in the United States.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related financial services or business banking experience.
• Treasury operations and/or Credit operations experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Align with Truist’s purpose and services value proposition.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication to address client needs and onboarding.
• Manage intake of requests and coordinate solution processes with partners.
• Maintain timely processing in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify referral opportunities through service interactions and sales leadership.
• Support onboarding and Know Your Customer/diligence requirements.
• Escalate concerns promptly to leadership.
• Mentor teammates and adapt to digital solutions.
