Job summary

Canon Recruiting in Scranton, PA seeks an Operations Specialist to support onboarding and implementation for Trade Finance clients. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure documentation, due diligence, and technology setup are completed before go-live.

Preferred candidates have banking/financial services or client onboarding experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. This is an onsite role requiring five days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred OR 3+ years of professional operations experience.
• Experience in banking/financial services or client onboarding is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to manage priorities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact during client onboarding and implementation.
• Coordinate drafting, review, and tracking of legal docs and documentation.
• Support due diligence and validation before client activation.
• Coordinate with technology and operations teams to establish systems and services.
