Job summary

Canon Recruiting Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an Operations Specialist to join on-site. The role focuses on reconciliation and basic accounting, with physical tasks such as lifting, and requires accuracy under tight deadlines.

You will work under a Manager or Lead, follow a Monday–Friday schedule 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, 7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch, and receive weekly pay. The pay range is $15.34 per hour, with benefits including health care and a 401(k) savings plan.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 10-key entry with basic accounting and balancing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels delivered daily via UPS
• Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation
• Research and resolve transaction exceptions and internal inquiries promptly
• Ensure accuracy and adhere to strict processing deadlines
