Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client in Scranton, PA to recruit an Operations Specialist for a premier financial services organization. The role centers on onboarding clients for trade finance products and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure a smooth go-live process.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of operations experience, strong communication, and superb organization. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional operations experience.
• Strong communication across management levels and business partners.
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Trade and Supply Chain Finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding activities for trade finance products, including legal agreement execution, due diligence validation, and technology setup coordination.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide support throughout onboarding and implementation.
• Manage workflow priorities with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely service setup before go-live.
• Monitor requests, identify issues requiring escalation, and support reporting and operational processes.
