ADP, Inc. is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to carry the relationship forward after a sale and guide mid‑sized business clients through ADP's payroll and HR solutions.

You will onboard clients, analyze their systems and processes, implement ADP technologies, and collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure smooth adoption and long‑term success across diverse industries and geographies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic project management skills.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and enable product/service implementation.
• Implement ADP technologies after analyzing client systems and processes.
• Partner internally with sales and customer service teams.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and keep clients informed.
• Organize daily schedules and handle high inbound call volume.
