Job summary

ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding in a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. You will be the first touchpoint for small business clients, ensuring smooth adoption of ADP's payroll and HR solutions and setting them up for long-term success.

You'll handle inbound calls, follow up on open items, and adapt to diverse client needs across geographies and industries.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and business processes; implement ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with ADP teams in sales and customer service to share priorities and resolve issues.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and projects simultaneously while communicating essential information to clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, with peak-season variability.
