Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree required; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience leading implementation projects and coordinating across teams.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of payroll or HRIS systems is a plus.

• Lead client implementations from kickoff to transition to long-term care.
• Map client processes and identify efficiencies using Paycom solutions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
