Job summary

New York Life in Dallas is seeking a Product Onboarding Manager to lead a team responsible for onboarding Fixed, Variable, and Immediate Annuity applications. You will ensure accurate processing, timely communication with agents, and adherence to regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid work setting with 1 onsite day per week.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, operations, new business processing, call center, or financial services environments.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a customer-centric and operationally focused environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends and risks, and use insights to drive informed decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for annuity new business onboarding.
• Manage daily onboarding operations, including workload distribution, case inventory, and queues.
• Ensure thorough and accurate review of annuity applications for completeness.
• Oversee data entry into administrative systems and use of required tools.
• Communicate outstanding requirements and case status to agents and partners.
• Provide guidance on complex onboarding cases and escalated requests.
• Oversee advanced processing including refunds, contract reissues, and other transactions.
• Monitor team performance and coach to meet service standards and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Call Center and other business units to improve processes and agent experience.
