Job summary

RSS Technology Solutions is seeking an Account Specialist to join our Client Services team at our Blankenbaker location. You will manage onboarding, billing, and lifecycle tracking with precision and professionalism, ensuring CRM data accuracy and timely invoicing.

You will serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, handling complex billing and outstanding payments while maintaining clear records of service orders and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with account setup, billing, or accounts receivable (AR).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, detail-intensive environments.
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new client accounts and ensure complete setup in CRM.
• Maintain accuracy in client records and account data.
• Manage recurring and complex billing processes.
• Track account lifecycle, including client imports and service timelines.
• Generate invoices and follow up on unpaid or outstanding invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and support financial tracking.
• Act as a responsive point of contact for client and account issues.
• Collaborate across departments, efficiently and professionally managing internal communications.
• Maintain clear records of service orders and resolutions.
