Job summary

Logicware is seeking a proactive onboarding and billing support specialist to become the friendly face for our clients. You will lead onboarding calls, guide practices through EHR/clearinghouse setup, and walk through monthly reports while addressing billing questions.

You will serve as the main client liaison, relay feedback to the billing team, and help identify upsell opportunities for additional services, with an emphasis on clear, plain-language billing explanations.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain billing concepts in plain language.
• Experience in client-facing healthcare or SaaS support roles preferred.
