Qualifications

• Previous experience in account setup, billing, or accounts receivable preferred.
• Technically savvy and comfortable learning new systems; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new client accounts and ensure complete CRM setup.
• Maintain accuracy in client records and account data.
• Manage recurring and complex billing processes.
• Track account lifecycle, including client imports and service timelines.
• Generate invoices and follow up on unpaid invoices.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support financial tracking.
• Act as a responsive point of contact for client and account issues.
• Collaborate across departments, managing internal communications.
• Maintain clear records of service orders and resolutions.
