Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist II in Itasca, IL.

You will own the onboarding process from kickoff to go-live, drive user adoption within the first 90 days, and help develop companywide onboarding procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience. You will collaborate with account executives, implementation engineers, training, and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding, monitor metrics, and provide weekly status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or demonstrated experience.
3+ years in a customer service or support role.
3+ years in a project management role coordinating schedules and producing reports.
3+ years in project management, scheduling and task management.
3+ years proficiency with MS Word and Excel; AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the entire customer onboarding process from kickoff to go-live and adoption; track metrics and reports.
Plan and execute new client accounts with strong organizational and project management skills.
Coordinate with account executives, implementation engineers, training and support teams for a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintain escalation matrices, service levels, and weekly client communications.
