Job summary

IFS is seeking a Customer Adoption Consultant to help customers onboard, adopt, and realize value from IFS.ai Logistics. You will coordinate onboarding activities, deliver product training, and turn customer feedback into concrete actions across designated accounts.

Qualifications

Two+ years in B2B SaaS customer success, onboarding, or related role.

Responsibilities

Deliver structured customer onboarding with playbooks and governance.
Coordinate customer data and workflows with Product Operations and technical teams.
Translate customer goals into practical use cases and learning plans.
Deliver product training and enablement sessions.
Monitor usage and follow up on barriers with interventions.
Support embedding the platform into logistics and operational workflows.
Maintain adoption metrics and health signals.
Prepare materials for adoption reviews and executive meetings.
Identify expansion opportunities and route to the appropriate lead.
Contribute to improving playbooks and SOPs.
