IFS is seeking a Customer Adoption Consultant to help customers onboard, use, and realise value from IFS.ai Logistics. You will coordinate onboarding, training, and adoption activities with cross-functional teams, turning feedback into actionable improvements while maintaining delivery discipline.

You will work within an adoption model, support proven outcomes, and help customers embed the platform into their logistics and operational workflows, in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS customer success, onboarding, or related roles.
• Strong organisation and follow-through with multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers.
• Comfort using data and customer evidence to monitor progress.
• Customer-focused problem solving and escalation when needed.
• Proficient in Excel and SaaS platform workflows.
• Able to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver structured customer onboarding and adoption activities.
• Coordinate kick-off materials, project plans, risk logs and updates.
• Run customer meetings and track owners, dependencies and deadlines.
• Translate customer goals into use cases and learning plans.
• Deliver training, SOPs and enablement guidance.
• Monitor usage and follow up on barriers with interventions.
• Support embedding the platform into logistics and operations workflows.
• Maintain records and adoption metrics in agreed systems.
• Identify risks, needs and opportunities from feedback and usage.
• Surface adoption risks and assist in recovery and expansion discussions.
• Improve playbooks and knowledge assets; share lessons learned.
