Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, account servicing or operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end client migration activities.
• Serve as primary client contact during migration.
• Partner with internal teams to meet milestones.
• Validate client documentation and onboarding needs.
• Track migration progress and provide status updates.
• Resolve queries and escalate issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support post-migration activities to ensure successful client adoption.
