AppleOne is seeking a Data Migration Coordinator or Data Migration Specialist for a 3‑month contract. The role is 100% onsite in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities include interfacing with high-net-worth clients, creating accounts, migrating data, and coordinating documentation for migration analysis. The position requires a minimum of 3 years in banking, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

Job Overview

Seeking a Data Migration Coordinator or Data Migration Specialist for a 3‑month contract. The role is 100% onsite in Plano, TX.

Pay

$24.00 per hour

Start Date

April 29, 2024

Schedule

Must be available to work any day of the week between 8:00AM and 8:00PM. 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Schedule will be assigned upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with high‑net‑worth clients to handle intake and transactional work regarding their finances.
• Creating accounts and migrating data from one platform to another.
• Facilitating the collection of documentation and performing migration analysis, triage, and back‑office coordination.
• Performing client outreach (calls, email, meetings), coordination, and associated reporting and tracking.
• Performing migration data entry for manual conversions, including client entitlement set up and support.
• Interacting with the bank and clients to facilitate documentation collection.
• Simplifying and communicating complex technical procedures.
• Maintaining strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive work habits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working within the banking industry.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management and Payment Products is preferred.
• Hands‑on approach, strong analytical and lateral thinking skills.
• Excellent English‑speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Dependable problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in migration activities is preferred.
