As a Small Case Client Manager on the Employee Benefits South Central Regional team, you will provide exceptional support and customer service to an assigned caseload (Employer Groups of 10-99 lives) through daily guidance and education. Your responsibilities include:
Building meaningful relationships with internal and external customers (Sales Representatives, Brokers, Producers, Employer Groups, Policyholders, Vendors) is vital. You will demonstrate core company values and brand in all interactions: timely communication, problem resolution, professional negotiation, etc.

Please note: The salary range for this role is listed below. Our package includes incentive participation, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, initial PTO of 164 hours per year, 11 paid holidays, and 2 wellness days annually.
Salary Range: $75,000
