Olsson is seeking a Client Manager for Site Design in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will serve as the main point of contact for a key client, coordinating with project managers to guide project execution and ensure client satisfaction.

You will develop an understanding of the client’s business, present growth opportunities, create tailored communication plans, and work with internal leaders to address concerns while pursuing repeat work.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
• Eight years of client experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main point of contact for a key client and coordinate with project managers to lead execution plans.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business to present growth strategies and cross-sell services.
• Create client-specific communication plans and provide regular status updates and reports.
• Focus on growth opportunities for the team and secure repeat client work.
• Negotiate client outcomes and address concerns by collaborating with internal leaders.
• Coordinate with internal leaders to address client concerns or conflicts and consider client feedback in decisions.
