Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related area preferred.
• Minimum of eight years of client experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team.

Responsibilities

• Manages a key client account and leads project execution plans with PMs.
• Develops understanding of the client’s business to identify opportunities and cross-sell services.
• Creates client communication plans and provides regular project status updates.
• Focuses on growth opportunities for the client and executes growth plans.
• Leads efforts to secure repeat client work through exceptional service.
• Manages client expectations and negotiates outcomes.
• Coordinates with internal leaders to address client concerns.
