Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Specialist for the Business Insurance team in a hybrid role. You will service and retain a current book of business, market for renewals, and prepare documents for delivery while collaborating with the department manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years knowledge of the commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverage, and markets.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance company markets, binding authority, procedures and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.
• Be a self-starter with good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and retain an existing book of business including marketing and placement of new and renewal accounts.
• Review and process policies, market accounts for renewal pricing, issue certificates of insurance from contracts; obtain quotes from carrier websites.
• Create proposals and prepare policies for delivery; perform day-to-day tasks as directed by the department manager.
