Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Charleston, SC is seeking a Client Manager on the Business Insurance team to deliver service and risk management support for clients, prospects, client teams and producers. You will be the primary client contact, answering questions, resolving billing issues, handling policy changes, and responding promptly to ensure service excellence and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 3+ years in Business Insurance, and the ability to obtain a P&C license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Insurance Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.
• Insurance designations (e.g. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
