Job summary

Meriplex seeks a Technical Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients, acting as a virtual IT Manager to keep documentation and SOPs current and aligned with Meriplex standards. You will handle technical escalations and collaborate with vCIO and Client Success Managers.

The role requires travel to client sites and work from Meriplex offices, with a focus on maintaining governance, performance, and proactive optimization across networks and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or six years of related experience.
• MSP experience preferred.
• Ability to write clear correspondence in email and documents.
• Ability to interpret service tickets, manuals, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Act as assigned client Subject Matter Technical Expert.
• Handle escalations to resolve issues and requests.
• Maintain client network and systems documentation and SOPs.
• Evaluate client technology landscape against Meriplex standards.
• Present evaluations with vCIO or Client Success Managers.
• Facilitate client operational meetings.
• Provide guidance to other teams on assigned clients.
• Review client metrics and identify service improvements.
