Job summary

Cesar Ornelas Law is seeking an intake specialist to handle new client processing and discovery in a fast-paced call center setting. The role involves guiding potential clients through screening for SSD/SSI, assisting with initial applications, and maintaining meticulous records.

Nights and/or weekends work may be required to meet client needs. Responsibilities include handling 150–200 calls daily, maintaining a 90% call quality score, and building strong client relationships while handling

Responsibilities

• Guide potential clients through a screening process to determine eligibility for SSD/SSI and invite them to become a client.
• Assist clients in completing initial applications, addendums, and updates for SSA submission.
• Take 150–200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center.
• Maintain a minimum call quality score of 90%.
• Build client relationships and maintain contact to ensure ongoing trust.
• Maintain confidentiality and solve problems.
• Keep updated records and detailed documentation of client interactions.
• Use good judgment to escalate urgent issues to management.
• Perform general administrative work and errands.
• Take on responsibilities beyond the scope of the job description.
