JT Legal Group APC is seeking a motivated Intake Specialist / Phone Sales Representative for a busy law firm. You will speak with prospective clients, conduct initial screenings, explain services and retainers, and convert qualified leads into retained clients.

Qualifications

• Previous phone sales, intake, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing legal matters with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
