Job summary

Energy Resource Center in Denver, CO, seeks a Client Intake Specialist to manage client files, interview applicants for the Weatherization Assistance Program (CEO WAP) eligibility, and prepare essential state and internal documentation. This role requires meticulous data handling and direct client interactions.

Responsibilities include scheduling energy audits and weatherization crews, coordinating with field teams, and maintaining compliant records while guiding clients through energy

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in client services or case management.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weatherization and furnace application files and ensure eligibility requirements are met.
• Use the computer system to track and manage client information accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Explain energy measures and eligibility requirements clearly to clients.
• Schedule work dates and times for clients and crews based on priorities.
• Prepare daily schedules for field staff and adjust as needed.
• Receive and distribute mail to the agency promptly.
• Prepare and send correspondence to clients regarding program matters.
• Update client forms to keep information current and accurate.
• Conduct educational sessions with clients about energy efficiency measures.
• Select clients for scheduling based on priorities and crew availability.
• Assist Coordinators in preparing work schedules for field staff.
