Opensity Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will evaluate inquiries, conduct intake interviews, and gather detailed case information to support routing and assessment.

This non-exempt role reports to the Client Relations Manager and offers a collaborative environment with daily interactions with attorneys and staff, focusing on accurate data management and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in client service, intake coordination, administrative support, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to gather sensitive information tactfully and clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Professionally receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from prospective clients.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to collect relevant information regarding client matters or service needs.
• Accurately record client information, including personal details, case descriptions, and attachments.
• Evaluate intake information to determine alignment with services offered; escalate urgent cases as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to relay intake information and support case progression.
• Assist with scheduling, file preparation, and onboarding support.
