Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager for the Industry Insights team in Chicago. You will deliver analytics and insights on industries, markets and consumers using NIQ tools, guiding junior members and driving client decisions.

With 3+ years in CPG/related fields, you will synthesize data, present clear insights, and collaborate with Account Leads to enhance the customer experience. Remote options are limited to exceptional cases; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, market research.
• Exposure to data analysis, market research, consumer insights, or related analytical disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple data sources and tell a cohesive story that answers business questions and supports strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating all multiple data sources that are relevant to the client.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.

Responsibilities

• Master NIQ tools and metrics to solve client questions.
• Collaborate with CS Insights and Account Leads to transform the customer experience.
• Develop analytical outlines and cohesive stories from briefing sessions.
• Simplify and visualize data to reveal key insights and drive recommendations.
• Leverage data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Deliver insights using SCQA and AP frameworks.
• Lead generation and revenue opportunity identification.
• Coach juniors and lead by example.
• Drive KPI delivery within the service model.
