Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager to join the Industry Insights team in a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at the client site in Chicago three days per week. You will deliver analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumers using NIQ data, guiding and coaching junior members while supporting client decisions.

The role emphasizes transforming the customer experience, delivering compelling data stories, and driving revenue opportunities through proactive thought

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, market research.
• Prior experience with NIQ (or similar) solutions preferred in analytics, including POS/Panel Data.
• Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating NIQ data sources relevant to the client.
• Ability to coach others in data analyses and NIQ tools.
• Curiosity and ability to build stories from data to answer questions.
• Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Master's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client questions during briefing sessions and develop analytical outlines.
• Transform customer experience by collaborating with CS Insights and Account Leads.
• Summarize data into a cohesive story with actionable recommendations.
• Drive customer satisfaction through relevant and impactful insights.
• Lead generation: identify revenue leads and convert them into opportunities.
• Coach junior team members and lead by example.
