Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager for its Industry Insights team in a hybrid Chicago setting requiring onsite presence three days per week. You will deliver analyses and insights on industries, markets and consumers using NIQ data and tools, following NIQ standards.

You will coach junior members, execute the Service Model, and lead initiatives while striving to delight clients with compelling, data-driven narratives and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in CPG, sales, category management, or market research.
• Proficiency with NIQ data sources (POS/Panels) and NIQ solutions for analytics.
• Ability to coach others in data analyses and NIQ tools.

Responsibilities

• Work with NIQ tools to answer clients' business questions.
• Collaborate with CS Insights and Account Leads to improve the client experience.
• Develop analytical outlines during briefing sessions and integrate NIQ solutions into a coherent story.
• Visualize data and translate numbers into actionable client insights with callouts.
• Prepare and present insights using SCQA and AP methods at advanced levels.
• Drive customer satisfaction through relevant analyses and insights delivery.
• Identify revenue leads and convert them into opportunities with the AD team.
• Lead and coach junior team members and guide peers on initiatives.
