NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager to join the Industry Insights team in Chicago. You will work with clients to transform data into clear, actionable insights using NIQ tools and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes storytelling, analytics delivery, and revenue opportunity identification. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in CPG or related analytics, strong English communication, and familiarity with data sources, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in CPG or related sales/market research.
• Exposure to data analysis, market research, consumer insights.
• Ability to synthesize data sources into cohesive stories.
• Proficiency with NIQ tools and data sources.
• Ability to coach others in data analyses and NIQ tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Master NIQ tools and metrics to solve client questions.
• Collaborate with CS Insights and Account Leads to improve customer experience.
• Respond to client questions during briefings and develop analytical outlines.
• Visualize data and translate findings into compelling business stories.
• Identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations to clients.
