Job summary

NielsenIQ is recruiting a Client Manager to join our Industry Insights team. Remote role based in the US, with candidates required to be located in the US. You will deliver analyses and insights on industries, markets and consumers using NIQ data to delight clients and guide business decisions.

You will also lead and coach junior team members, drive service-model execution, and identify revenue opportunities in collaboration with AD, ensuring high client satisfaction and impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience in CPG and/or related sales, category management, market research.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using NIQ data sources.

Responsibilities

• Leverage NIQ tools and metrics to answer client questions and build cohesive stories.
• Transform data into actionable client recommendations and compelling visuals.
• Lead client briefings, guide junior team members, and drive service-model execution.
• Identify revenue leads and partner with account development to convert opportunities.
• Deliver insights with clear storytelling using SCQA and AP structures.
• Coach peers and support thought leadership projects within the team.
