Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager to join a team of industry insights experts focused on delighting clients through analysis and insights on industries, markets, and consumers using NIQ data. You will guide junior team members, execute the service model, and lead by example while driving revenue opportunities with leadership in account management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, or market research.
• Prior experience with NIQ solutions or similar analytics tools (POS/Panel data a plus).
• Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating NIQ data sources relevant to clients (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.).
• Ability to coach others in data analyses and NIQ tools.

Responsibilities

• Master NIQ tools and metrics to answer clients' business questions.
• Transform the customer experience with CS Insights and Account Leads.
• Respond to field questions during briefs and develop analytical outlines across NIQ solutions.
• Visualize data and translate numbers into compelling client stories with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present insights using SCQA and AP efficiently.
• Drive customer satisfaction through relevant analyses and insights.
