Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager in the United States. You will join the Industry Insights team to deliver analysis and insights that help clients make informed business decisions using NIQ data and tools.

You will guide junior members and drive the service model, aiming to enhance client satisfaction and revenue opportunities. The role requires strong analytical skills, English proficiency, and experience with NIQ solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, market research.
• Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating NIQ data sources relevant to the client (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra).
• Ability to coach others in data analyses and using NIQ tools.

Responsibilities

• Work as a master of NIQ tools and metrics to help solve clients' business questions.
• Collaborate with CS Insights and Account Leads to transform the customer experience.
• Respond to client questions and develop analytical outlines using multiple NIQ solutions.
• Simplify/visualize data and translate numbers into a compelling client story.
• Prepare and present insights using SCQA and AP efficiently.
