Job summary

Perk is hiring an Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for Premium and Pro customers on TravelPerk. You’ll configure client accounts, tailor training, and guide rollout timelines with admin, traveler, and stakeholder sessions. You’ll drive adoption and deliver client-specific recommendations for successful implementations.

You’ll work across teams to manage multiple stakeholders, solve problems, and continuously improve processes as the organization evolves.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients during implementation.
• Conduct consultative conversations to gather client requirements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to meet client needs.
• Manage rollout with guides, templates, and adoption strategies.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions for newly onboarded customers.
• Provide technical support for integrations with marketplace partners or APIs.
• Validate client configuration and monitor post-implementation satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
• Analyze completed implementation work to improve processes.
• Evolve with the team and organization through continuous improvement.
