Job summary

Perk is seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard Premium and Pro customers on TravelPerk. You will configure accounts, tailor setups to client needs, and lead training sessions for admins and travelers to optimize rollout and adoption.

You will work across departments to drive successful client rollouts, provide proactive recommendations, and ensure long‑term success with data‑driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide the first impression of TravelPerk to customers in your portfolio during onboarding.
• Conduct consultative conversations to collect requirements and tailor configuration.
• Offer data‑driven recommendations and knowledge to support client needs.
• Manage rollout of platforms with guides, templates, and adoption strategies.
• Coordinate and deliver training for admins, travelers, and key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support for integrations with partners or custom APIs.
• Monitor client satisfaction post‑implementation and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering and Finance.
• Analyze completed work to improve processes and team performance.
• Execute, assess, improve, and evolve with the team and organization.
