Perk is seeking an Implementation Specialist to onboard Premium and Pro customers on TravelPerk. You will configure accounts, schedule and run training for Admins, Travelers, and key stakeholders, and guide rollout timelines with practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Providing the first impression of TravelPerk to all customers in your portfolio and serving as the first point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
• Carrying out consultative conversations with customers to collect their requirements.
• Answering client requirements with your experience and data-driven best practice recommendations.
• Managing the rollout of a new platform for your clients; providing guides, templates, and recommendations to ensure adoption and long-term success.
• Coordinating and conducting training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Providing technical support to clients as they set up integrations to marketplace partners or custom-built API solutions.
• Validating client configuration and account satisfaction by monitoring booking behavior post-implementation and offering support or recommendations.
• Collaborating with Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to drive successful client rollouts.
• Analyzing completed implementation work to improve your processes and the team’s.
• Executing, assessing, improving, and evolving with the organization.
