Perk is hiring an Implementation Specialist to onboard Premium and Pro customers on TravelPerk, handling configuration, training, and rollout planning to maximize client adoption and satisfaction.

The role demands strong project management, API integration support, and proactive collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams. Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration at Perk hubs.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new Premium/Pro customers from signup to launch.
• Configure client accounts to their specifications and requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for Admins, Travelers, and stakeholders.
• Guide rollout timelines and internal communications for clients.
• Provide technical support during integrations to marketplace partners or APIs.
• Monitor and optimize client configuration post-implementation.
