Job summary

Perk is seeking an Implementation Specialist in Boston to onboard Premium and Pro customers on TravelPerk. You will configure accounts, tailor setups to client needs, and deliver training to Admins and Travelers to ensure a successful rollout.

You will manage cross‑functional collaboration, measure adoption, and provide ongoing recommendations for optimal use, with a strong emphasis on project and change management.

Responsibilities

• Providing the first impression of TravelPerk to customers in your portfolio and serving as main contact during implementation.
• Collecting client requirements through consultative conversations and documenting them.
• Offering data-driven recommendations to meet client needs and timelines.
• Coordinating rollout and providing guides, templates, and trainings for adoption and success.
• Conducting training sessions for admins, travelers, and executives.
• Providing technical support during integrations with partners or custom APIs.
• Validating configurations and monitoring post-implementation satisfaction to guide improvements.
• Collaborating with Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Finance across departments.
• Analyzing completed work to improve processes and the team.
