Octus is a leading global provider of credit intelligence, data, and analytics. The Implementation & Workflow Specialist will own end-to-end technical delivery for complex, customizable UI environments, ensuring seamless onboarding from kickoff through go-live.

In this hybrid New York-based role, you will manage large-scale client projects, partner with sales and product teams to deliver compelling POCs, and translate product capabilities into measurable business impact for clients and Octus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role focused on technical implementation or sales engineering.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects in fintech.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of data/workflow solutions for clients.
• Project manage large-scale engagements across cross-functional teams.
• Create and deliver Proofs of Concept to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technology to refine delivery playbooks.
