Job summary

Octus in New York is seeking an Implementation & Workflow Specialist to own the end-to-end technical delivery for our Data and Workflow solutions, from kickoff through go-live.

You will manage large‑scale client projects, partner with commercial teams to deliver compelling POCs, and work with product leadership to refine delivery playbooks as we scale.

This hybrid role requires 2+ years in client‑facing technical roles, strong communication, and a passion for credit data workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role focused on technical implementation or sales engineering.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with large-scale systems.
• Proven ability to deliver implementations and credible POCs under tight timelines.
• Interest in credit markets, data products, or financial workflows.
• Exceptional project management and ability to work in ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating technical value to clients up to C-suite.
• Self-directed and highly organized with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end complex client implementations for Octus’s Private Platform data products.
• Lead large-scale engagements coordinating technical and commercial streams.
• Drive project planning, kickoff, implementation, progress reporting, handover to Product Specialist team.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely go-lives and high-quality handovers.
