Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience in implementations or project management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating deliverables and outcomes among many stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client implementations and complex project lifecycles.
• Prepare executive read-out decks and summarize program status for stakeholders.
• Record meeting minutes and track actions to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure go-lives and regulatory adherence.
