Job summary

Lynx is seeking a Project Manager to lead client implementations and manage complex projects in a fully remote, full-time role in the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop implementation plans, prepare executive communications, and ensure milestones and regulatory standards are met, with a strong focus on delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per year, with equity and performance bonuses, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting the management of relevant implementations or projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to and driving decisions with a large group of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly regulated environment.
• Proficient in data analysis and summarizing insights with speed to action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation plans (including schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigations).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure implementation milestones are met.
• Lead multi-phase project execution, monitoring progress against scope, timeline, and budget.
• Identify, escape, and resolve project issues in a timely manner.
