Job summary

Weave is seeking a Customer Implementation Specialist - Multi Location to lead end-to-end deployment of our software and phone systems for multiple offices. You will manage installations, coordinate technical resources, and guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, acting as both project manager and trusted advisor.

You will partner with IT teams and stakeholders to tailor solutions, minimize downtime, and accelerate time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 2 years of project management or implementation experience in a customer-facing role.
• General networking and VoIP knowledge; able to troubleshoot.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with customers throughout the implementation process.
• Manage a portfolio of customers in various stages of implementation.
• Act as the project manager/point contact for each customer.
• Keep the customer informed and set clear expectations.
• Teach and train customers to maximize value of the Weave platform.
• Provide a five-star customer experience with each customer.
• Triage, troubleshoot and prioritize issues during implementation.
• Coordinate with adjacent teams on onboarding tasks.
• Use reports and data from various systems to guide decisions and manage the portfolio.
