Job summary

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a personable Client Services Representative to be the friendly voice guiding clients through service options and scheduling. You will handle inbound calls, resolve questions, and ensure a seamless experience from first contact.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a call center, can type 45 wpm, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment; bilingual Spanish is a plus and HVAC/plumbing familiarity helps. Weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center experience.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Ability to talk and type accurately.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SERVICE TITAN experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments with high conversion.
• Identify client requests quickly, provide effective solutions, and de-escalate concerns.
• Use critical thinking to solve client issues with sound judgment.
• Maintain understanding of our product and service portfolio.
• Enter accurate records of client interactions while multitasking calls.
• Meet productivity targets and follow call scripts for quality.
