Job summary

Qualifications

• Engage with decision makers at all levels of an organization.
• Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Proven history of exceeding goals in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail, even when multi-tasking or under deadline.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a book of business via outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Drive business development and recruitment efforts across Orange County, CA.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and position KPG as a trusted talent partner.
• Source, recruit, and qualify candidates using modern tools and outreach.
• Manage full hiring process from sourcing to offer negotiations.
• Provide career guidance to candidates and hiring solutions to managers.
• Maintain long-term partnerships with candidates and managers.
• Have fun and pursue success.
