You will drive new business growth by identifying prospective clients, building strategic relationships, and delivering customized workforce solutions in a highly consultative, sales-focused role.

Responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle, developing a strong pipeline, and collaborating with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales or related client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close.
• Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through prospecting and networking.
• Identify and engage prospective clients across multiple industries.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Build a robust pipeline and move opportunities through the funnel.
• Lead client meetings and discovery calls to understand needs.
• Develop customized staffing solutions (temp, contract, direct-hire).
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client staffing.
• Document activities and opportunities in the CRM.
• Travel approximately 20% locally for meetings.
