Responsibilities

• Act as a high-touch resource to clients, understanding CCC products.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for contract renewals to maximize value.
• Maximize account growth by identifying new revenue sources and promoting products.
• Analyze business problems from the customer perspective and recommend solutions.
• Serve as escalation point for difficult client issues and high-severity requests.
• Advocate for customers to ensure cross-department alignment with needs.
• Conduct occasional trainings with client staff to ensure proper license utilization.
