Tinuiti in the United States seeks a Director, Client Partner to own executive-level client relationships and lead multi-channel plans tied to client objectives. You will synthesize insights from Bliss Point App Suite, shape strategic narratives, manage risk, and develop leaders while partnering with product, analytics, and finance to deliver measurable growth and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing (enterprise/upper-mid).
• 4+ years people leadership (managing ICs and managers).
• Cross-channel literacy across Search, Social, Display/TV & Audio, Commerce/Retail Media, Lifecycle/CRM with strong measurement acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integrated, multi-channel planning for assigned accounts and present at client touchpoints; align plans to business objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with director/VP-level stakeholders; surface risks and headwinds.
• Connect investment and testing to measurable outcomes; lead forecasting and scenario modeling to identify waste and growth opportunities.
• Drive performance, optimization, and transparency; lead client touchpoints that translate insights into decisions and next steps.
• Lead or co-lead new-business pursuits with BD; shape solutions and narratives that highlight cross-channel value.
• Product-Led Build and demonstrate deep knowledge of the Bliss Point App Suite and connect features to client priorities.
• Construct action-driving narratives from App outputs; ensure QA and issue triage.
• Channel structured feedback to Product; promote adoption and use cases tied to retention and cross-sell.
• Synthesize data into investment cases with expected impact; present actionable options.
